The dialog book fees is used to post fees per owner, per room or per pool.
When posting to a pool of owners, search for all rooms of a particular pool by entering the name of this pool in the field contract type in the contract search-dialog.
To select all, highlight all contracts and press the button select.

Select the fee’s service and enter the amount to be posted. You can post the fees according to the entitlement or the room by clicking on the radio button per points.
The amount to be distributed to each room is displayed. The
total amount to be posted is shown at the bottom of the dialog. If there are any
rounding differences, the warning-symbol 
will be displayed. To post the fees,
press the button posting.
