If an automatic allocation of postcodes to the city has been installed, SIHOT will automatically enter the city name when detecting a valid post code.
Conditions are:
•The field city must be blank. If there is an entry, SIHOT assumes that you have manually entered the city name and will not overwrite this entry.
•The field country has to be identical with the country in the hotel master file.
In order have the city assigned automatically, enter the post code and proceed with the tab-key or using the mouse. SIHOT will enter the appropriate city name. If the post code is not distinct, SIHOT will provide a list of the city names with this code to choose from.
