Having opened a dialog, you can move it over the screen. The last position before closing is stored by SIHOT and the dialog will open at the same place when called up. This is a useful function when working with large screens.
The positions of programs such as guest search, which may be called up from a number of different dialogs, are stored in relation to each of the main dialogs.
This behaviour is discontinued by setting registry key Do not store dialog position [1289].
The positions of dialogs are stored for each user individually.
