Only if interface to telephone: you can define up to 5 extensions per room. If a guest is checked into a room, SIHOT will post any telephone calls directly to the guest account.
Before entering the room’s extension, you must define the telephone service in the service master file and set up the extensions under Phone – Extension master file.
If wake-up calls are handled by the telephone system, the wake-up call will be directed to the first extension entered.
The extension numbers have five numerical digits.
