In Trust Accounting, the owner is paid-out with the settlement of the guest account followed by the trust account distribution. Normally, the account is settled on the day of departure. In case the guest stays for a prolonged period, it is, nevertheless, necessary to pay-out the owner during the stay. The procedure is described in this chapter.
As an example, we assume that a guest stays from 15 January until 8 February. The guest paid the whole amount in advance. The owner must be paid-out on 31 January.
