Several print formats in SIHOT can be amended by the users themselves if required. It is also possible to create new formats and make them available for use in SIHOT.
To include a new format, tick the check box in the area for which the format was created. Press the OK-button. SIHOT analyses the changes in this area and ensures that they are available for use.
The following are examples of formats that may be amended by the users:
•invoice
•reservation confirmation
•reminders
•registration cards
•settlement of city ledgers
