The function merge reservations can be activated with registry key [9743] to merge optional reservations that directly follow a guaranteed reservation, cancelling the - then obsolete - optional reservation at the same time.
Conditions are:
•The optional reservation has the same client
•The reservations are for same room category
•The reservations are for the same number of rooms and guests.
The function is called up via context menu on the guaranteed reservation.
