In order to work with SIHOT, you first have to login. Enter your password in the login-dialog. SIHOT now records all processes under your initials. The hotel number comes up by default. In an MPE-environment, you can enter the required client manually.
It is recommended to change your password periodically for security reasons. To do so, press the button change password and login with your old password. Enter your new password in the dialog that follows.

As an added security feature, SIHOT will log-out the current user automatically, if the program is not being used during a certain amount of time. SIHOT closes all dialogs on-screen and only displays the login-dialog. To continue working, simply login again. The System Administrator can define the timeout period by setting registry key [1355] accordingly.
