in the toolbar.When starting SIHOT, each user must carry out a login using a password for identification. The standard hotel number is entered by default.
Enter your password and change the hotel number if required, e.g. in MPE-installations, you may be required to login to different clients, or you may wish to access the training hotel with the number 9999.
i NB: The training hotel always has client number 9999.
You can change the user or client also by using the
respective symbols and in the toolbar.
SIHOT checks the password entered. If the password is wrong, you may repeat the entry two more times, before SIHOT aborts. After a successful login, SIHOT starts recording the initials of the user with each action carried out. This enables exact reconstruction and tracking of certain situations, e.g. who changed a reservation in which way at what time.
The passwords are controlled by the hotel’s System Administrator. The login name can be made compulsory by activating registry key [5258].
