Name of the programs (dialogs, functions, etc) within SIHOT to be accessed.

Rights currently attributed to the user group in question.

Maximum rights

Highest access rights possible for the program.

Abbreviations

a - Counter in the master files for BCA; can be reset or used as a standard for all users.

A - several counter sets

C - Right to amend configurations/master files for the Head Quarter in MPE-Installations

c - “configuration”; for saving configuration data

d – usually “delete”; the user may delete records; in the dialog for selecting an invoice, with this right the changing of an invoice is prohibited (“disable edit”)

D - printing only

f - store field contents

l - “lock”; e.g. for locking reservations and prevent other users from amending them

m - “modify”; to amend existing data

n - “new”; to create new records

t - to save presettings

v - “view” to view only, or for complete access as applicable
