Guest number
If the room is accommodating more than one person, enter the number of persons to be charged with this service. Default: 0. If you enter a number n in this column, then only the person with the sub-number n will be charged with this service.
èEXAMPLE: A group reservation is made for 40 double rooms with 80 guests, whereby the first person in the room is charged with a service A at € 180.00, whilst the 2nd guest is charged with a double room supplement of € 40.00. Enter personal number 1 for service A and personal number 2 for the supplement.
Standard
If you enter several fix services per person, define one of them as a standard for the arrival list. If you define more than one as standard, SIHOT will refer to first one alphabetically.
First meal on arrival day
For packages with meal plan: enter the first meal the guest is entitled to on the arrival day. If the package includes breakfast, lunch and dinner, and you enter dinner as the first meal, then SIHOT “knows” that the guest will not require breakfast and lunch on this day. This information will be included on the breakfast list and on the meal plan overview.
Last meal on departure day
As above, the same applies to the departure day.
