Extra bed category

Select an extra bed category. To ensure that the extra-bed category is displayed on the housekeeping lists, this category should always be allocated to the room holder.

Comment

If a comment has been entered to this guest, the comment-symbol  will be displayed. The full comment is displayed per tooltip on the symbol.

Automatic services

If yes, the automatic services (e.g. city tax) will be charged as defined in the service master file. If no, the guest will be charged with automatic services.

If registry key [1767] is activated (prompting SIHOT to generally charge the automatic service to each guest), entering no in this column will overwrite the registry and suspend the automatic service for this guest.

Payment instructions for automatic services

Defines charge routing for automatic services, unless these are preset under registry key [1785].

Number

Sequential number of guest names being entered on the rooming list. You can use this number to sort the names on an arrivals list by.

Sub number

Internal numbers to process records on the rooming list. The sub-number may be used to assign a fix service to the person with this number (see Rate Agreement).

Account

If the room accommodates more than one guest, each guest may have his/her own account. Enter successive account numbers for each guest with his own account. E.g. if the second guest in the room must have a separate account, enter 2 in this column.

Pick-up columns (various)

You can enter specific timings for the transfers of individual guests on the rooming list. Any pick-up timings and details entered in the additional information-dialog always apply to all guests within the reservation.
