Rate calculation

Select the service to be posted for commissions generated by reservations from this allotment.

Select how the commission is to be calculated.

Rate segment

Enter the standard rate segment for reservations from this allotment.

Currency

Enter the standard currency (if multiple-currency fuctions are serialised).

Use registry key [8255] to configure that the currency entered in the allotment also becomes the contract currency in the reservation. If there is no currency defined in the allotment, SIHOT will use the default currency as per registry key [1713].

Exchange rate type

Enter if the currency exchange rate is to be calculated at the buy or sell rate.

Global allotment (SIHOT.Web)

Only if interfaced to SIHOT.Web: Define if the allotment is only for one specific client.

Rate calculation

Tick any discounts which are not applicable to the rates in this contract.

Comment

Reason for cancellation

The reason for cancelling the allotment can be entered when changing the allotment’s status to cancelled. The comment may be compulsory if registry key [5388] is enabled.

Cancellation comment

Contains the comment that was entered during cancellation.

Market segment

Takes over the market segment of the allotment holder.

Promo code

Takes over the promo code of the allotment holder.

Allotment visibility index

The allotment visibility index defines which user groups are able to access the allotment. See also chapter “Administration”.

Guest rate type

This flag determines if the allotment is shown in the allotment pop-up box when entering a reservation. The box will only offer this allotment if the guest profile has been assigned the same guest rate type.

Non-applicable restriction types

Enter the restriction type(s) to be ignored when entering reservations for this allotment.
