Posting frequency

If no frequency is entered, the program will run every time the schedule is started. The program should be given a frequency to run the respective program on certain days only. E.g. if you are checking group options once a week on Mondays, the frequency for the report options control would be WO – Sundays only to print the report during the night run on Sunday only.

Via e-mail

If yes, the report will be distributed electronically. If no, the report is not being sent by e-mail.

E-mail

Enter the e-mail recipient for reports, if distributing the report automatically.

Execute

If yes, the program will run automatically. If no, the program is not being used at present.
