Fix

Enter yes, if the service is always charged at its full rate as per the master file. Enter no, if the service is charged at the remaining revenue after all other services have been charged at their full rate.

Posting frequency

Before posting the fix services, SIHOT always checks if a rhythm applies to the components. Condition: post components = yes.

Housekeeping frequency

Enter the rhythm with which the service should appear on the housekeeping report and the meal plan control report.

Quantity depending on no. of pax per room

Enter no for the amount entered the listbox to be posted. Enter yes in order to post the service as many times as there are persons in the room.

Quantity

Enter how many times the service should be posted during the during the night run.

Rate

Enter the rate at which the service should be charged. If different from the rate in the service master, then the field manual rate must be set to yes.

Manual rate

Unless this field is set to yes, the above rate will always fall back to the rate entered in the service master.

Commission rate

Enter the rate at which commission will be calculated. If different from the rate in the service master, then the field manual rate must be set to yes.
