•The format of the export file must not be changed.
•The column objID must not be changed, as this figure ensures that when importing the amended data, it is stored with the correct guest profile.
•Imported fields overwrite existing data in the guest profile. In some cases, this may result in the loss of information, where there were changes in between the export and the import.
i WARNING: Incorrect handling of the text files may cause considerable damage to the guest profiles – especially when working with an external company. Therefore, it is strongly recommended to conduct an extra back-up of the database prior to importing the revised data!
