The following icons will display in the bottom right corner of a reservation- and/or guest profile dialog:

credit-icon
: the guest /company is no longer entitled to
credit at the hotel. The icon appears if the field Stop/Invoice is entered as
prepayment.
•Blacklist-icon
:
reservations for this guest/company are no longer accepted. The icon appears if
the field stop/invoice is entered as blacklist.
•Party-icon
: the guest’s
birthday was either the day before, is today or will be tomorrow.
•Bell-icon
: there are
appointments/activities for the guest/company.
•VIP-icon
: for guests with a
VIP-flag
•Return-icon
: for return
guests with at least one stay
•VIP-return-icon
: for
return guests with a VIP-flag
