The following icons may be found in the lower right hand corner of the guest profile:

The icons have been designed to alert the user to the following situations:
• No credit-icon: The guest /company is
no longer entitled to credit at the hotel. The icon appears if prepayment
has been entered the field stop/invoice is entered.
• Blacklist-icon: reservations for this
guest/company are no longer accepted. The icon appears if the guest is
blacklisted.
• Party-icon: Appears on the guest’s
birthday as well as a day in advance and a day later.
• Bell-icon: There are
appointments/activities for the guest/company.
• VIP-icon: for guests with a
VIP-flag
• Return-icon: for return guests who
have stayed at least once in the hotel. A tooltip on the icon shows how many
times the guest has stayed before.
•VIP-return-icon : for return guests
with a VIP-flag
• Loyalty card-icon: for guests with a
loyalty card entered under card data
• Credit card-icon: for guests with a
credit card entered under card data
Loyalty and
credit card-icon: for guests with both, credit and loyalty card
• Contract-icons (various): for profiles

When the guest profile of a return guest opens, the number of previous stays is displayed in a balloon. In a MPE-environment, the two figures displayed in the balloon stand for the number of stays at the current client and the number of stays in all hotels added together.
This balloon can be disabled by setting registry key [8504] accordingly.
