Actions that are displayed in the History of amendments include:
•changes in the guest profile
•incoming e-mail
•reading of a guest ID with a document scanner
A double click on the name opens the respective guest profile. The guest name may also be transferred by drag & drop to a rooming list.
If connected to a document scanner, you can transfer the data collected by the scanner into an existing or a blank guest profile by drag & drop. You can also drag & drop the data directly onto the rooming list. After transferring data to the rooming list, the guest profile opens to enter further details for this guest.
i Registry key [9655] prevents that guest profiles are opened automatically after using drag & drop to transfer a name from the history of amendments to the rooming list. This facilitates the process when transferring several names consecutively.
