When there are several persons occupying one room, you may need to ensure that only one of these guests will be charged with the fix services for the room. This functionality is carried out by using the so called “guest number”. This column in the rate agreement is set to 0 by default. However, if you enter a number n, than only the person with sub-number n will be charged the fix services.
This function is especially useful when handling groups, where the second person in a room may just be charged a surcharge.
