Departures

General Search Criteria:

Departure

By default the current date, can be overwritten if required.

Last name,

first name

If you wish to search for one or more specific guest, enter the first letters of their last name. You can also search by first names if you enter a colon, followed by the first name (e.g. ,John)

Room

Enter the room number you are searching for. You can also search for several rooms at the same time by entering a range of numbers (e.g. 110:120), individual rooms separated by commas (e.g. 110,112) or a combination of the two.

Orderer

Enter the name of the orderer, if known. Enter the first letters of the name or the complete name as per guest profile.

Reservation number

Enter a reservation, e.g. to view guests of a group reservation.

VIP

Select a VIP status.

Rate segment

Select a rate segment.

Departed

If yes, only guests who have already departed will be displayed. If no, only guests only guests who are still due to depart will be displayed. If left blank, all departures of the day will be displayed.

Traces

If yes, only guests with traces will be displayed. If no, only guests without traces will be displayed. If left blank, all guests will be displayed regardless if traces exist or not.

Extended Search Criteria:

Birthday

Enter the guest’s birthday.

Sorting

Select in which order the records shall be displayed, e.g. by room number or guest name.

Packages

Select a fix services.

Guest type

Select a guest type.

Discount group

Select a discount group.

With comments only

Click the button comments to search only for departures of guests whose profile features comments.

Market segment

Select a market segment.

Reservation source

Select a reservation source.

Reservation medium

Select a reservation medium.

Channel

Select a channel.

Group /

Individual

Select a group/individual parameter as per the reservation

Amenities

Click the button to select the type of amenities.
