Revenue area

Enter the area assigned to this account in the revenue report. The summaries of the Revenue companies, the General Managers report and the forecasts are calculated with these areas.

Follow the numbering system as explained above.

Production area

Another possibility of grouping, use as required. This field may be used to obtain a summary according to production area.

Account number

Only if interface to Accounts: enter the respective account number as provided by your Accounts Department.

Contra-account

Only if interface to Accounts: this is an offset account of the Accounts Department.

Accounting department

Only if interface to Accounts: enter the respective cost centre as provided by your Accounts Department.
