Exceptions - Guest Profiles

It may be the case that certain guests should not be subjected to cancellation or amendment fees, e.g. a return guest who stays regularly at the hotel. These exceptions can be defined in the guest profile.

 

As a default, both flags for amendement and cancellation rules are ticked in the field active rules-field. To prevent the rules from coming into effect for certain guests, remove the flags as applicable.

Upon entering a reservation, SIHOT asks which details should be taken over from the guest profile. This also includes the rule-handling.
