The contents of listboxes can be exported to an Excel spread sheet. This is a useful function to process the data further and use it as required.
Search for the data to be selected. All records in the
listbox will be exported, therefore, it may be necessary to narrow down the
contents as required. To start the export, either press the Excel-button
next to the list box or call up the
context menu on the listbox’s header.

When starting the export, the first pop-up query provides the following options:
•codes and all columns:
Exports only codes and all columns within the listbox, regardless whether they are visible or not.
•description and all columns :
Exports the full text and all columns within the listbox, regardless whether they are visible or not.
•code and visible columns only:
Exports only codes and displays only those columns that are currently defined as “visible” in the listbox-configuration.
•description and visible columns only:
Exports the full text and displays only those columns that are currently defined as “visible” in the listbox-configuration

The second pop-up query provides a possibility to export the tooltips in the listbox, e.g. the comments, which are only shown with a symbol in the listbox.
