Select a guest type in the new column parameter. If a new guest profile with this guest type is created or if an existing guest profile is amended to this guest type, the activity will be generated automatically.
è EXAMPLE: The Sales & Marketing department can be notified automatically if a new company profile has been established.

•Processing of a reservation type in an event reservation changed to (parameter)
Select a reservation type in the new column parameter. If an event reservation is amended from another reservation type to this reservation type, the activity will be generated automatically.
In addition, you can select the operator responsible in the parameter 2-column, in order to offset an activity if he/she has been entered in the event reservation.
For example, you can use this function to automatically notify the Sales Person, who has been determined as one of the operators responsible in the event reservation, if “his/her” function is cancelled.
