The result of a batch (schedule) can be automatically “zipped” and forwarded via e-mail. The result may be an rtf-document, a Crystal-report or similar (e.g. XML-file). To do so, the field e-mail must be filled with yes and the e-mail address of the recipient/mailing list entered.
The e-mails are being sent via SMTP-server as entered in the hotel master file.
