and group blocks, as well as any pre-blocked rooms if you tick the check box
allotment/group details in the
category rack’s filter. For easy
identification, allotments are marked with the contract-symbol, while group blocks are marked with the
group-symbol.

Click on a contract or group block on the border to open the respective allotment/group rack. Alternatively, use the context menu to open the rack, the allotment or group block or the guest profile.
Double click on a particular day within the (general) allotment-line and SIHOT opens a reservation search for all reservations on status A allotment staying in house on the day. The same applies to group blocks.
Double click on a particular day within the line of a specific allotment contract and SIHOT opens a reservation search for all reservations on this particular allotment contract staying in house on the day. The same applies to specific group blocks.
Click on the group or allotment to open the respective group/allotment rack. Call up the context menu on a specific allotment- or group-name to easily access further functions.
