Deleting Guests with Trails

The database clearing-function works in such a way that a guest can only be deleted from the database if there are no more appointments or activities in the future and any appointments and activities of the past lie before a certain cut-off date. The cut-off date is entered under registry key [29848] in form of a whole number in days. If it is 0, SIHOT will automatically refer to the value entered for clearing reservations (registry key [28658]).

รจ EXAMPLE: The registry key is set to 10; the hotel date is 23.03.2007 and there is a guest with a deletion-flag in the guest profile. The guest has an appointment with the starting date 13.03.2007 at 12:00 hrs. The database clearing will not delete this profile as the appointment lies after the cut-off date of 13.03.2007, 00:00 hrs. If, on the other hand, the appointment started on 12.03.2007 at 22:45 hrs, the guest profile would be deleted, as the appointment lies before the cut-off date.
