This program is used to clear movement data after the training phase or clear movement data from the training hotel.
If clearing movement data from any live hotel, a Supporter must enter the superuser-password, in order to prevent major damage to the operation. When deleting movement data from the training hotel, it is not necessary to enter the superuser-password.
The following data will be deleted when running the program:
•reservations
•fix services
•names
•room history
•reservation-history
•history records of guests and companies
•all accounts: guest-, group-, reservation- and misc. accounts
•city ledgers
•all revenue data
•all statistical data
•phone: call rate charges
•phone: messages
•phone: wake-up calls
•phone: yearly overview of charges
•phone: messages for pay TV and minibar
•trails
The following data will not be deleted:
•guest and company profiles
•hotel master file
•cumulated history of guest and companies
•services
•packages
•categories
•room master files
•office master files
•revenue accounts
•payment accounts
•budget data
•discounts
•allotments
