This function is used for F&B cash registered, which are linked to SIHOT via interface and which takes over the services during the night run.
The easiest procedure is to assign appropriate accounts in SIHOT.PMS to each restaurant product group and to take over the F&B services automatically in the night run.
When assigning the accounts for the F&B services, you may define a separate account for each day of the week or for each day of the month.
è EXAMPLE: If you are charging the takeover every Monday to an account called Monday, create the misc. accounts for each day of the week and assign them once to using this program.
Select the tab week or month as required. Press the ellipses
button 
next to line in which you
want enter an account. This opens the account search, from where you can
select the respective misc. account. You must carry out this procedure for each
field in this dialog! When all fields have been completed, press the button
save.
If you have made a mistake while editing the table, press the button restore. SIHOT will then revert to the values saved in the table before last calling up the dialog.
