Rooms can change from one category to another automatically at a certain date.
è EXAMPLE: After renovation, a double room becomes a deluxe room.
Enter the date of the change in categories and the new category in the respective room master file under tab date-related category.

The availability in the respective categories will reflect this change so that reservations can be made accordingly. In addition, the tooltip on the room in the room rack shows the details of the changeover.

i N.B.: A room can not be changed from a regular category to a virtual category, suite or bed and vice versa.
