Select the radio-button room rate.
The rates for adults are entered according to the number of guests in the room. You may enter rates for one adult only or up to seven adults in a room. Should there be more than seven adults occupying one room (or unit), then these additional persons are calculated with a flat rate per person. Children rates are entered per child per children’s category.
i NB: The elements on the guest-related component lists for adults and children always contain rates per person. Therefore, the quantity can never be variable.
Please note the following:
•The fields post components and posting frequency are not displayed under package data.
•The rates are per room, therefore the field rate per person is automatically set to no.
