•Under the tab equipment, enter any facilities that are permanently installed in the room.
•Enter the extensions of the telephones in the room.
•Under the tab table set-up, enter the set-ups available, together with their respective capacities and timings.
•To create a banqueting suite, enter the separate rooms under the tab combinations. Enter the code of the room in the column banqueting suite.
•Press the button new to create the master file.
