A valid contract exists for this company, i.e. the flag contract returned in the contract data has been ticked.

- Contract for mother company in process
A contract has been set-up for the mother company, which is also valid for the daughter companies (as per checkbox in the contract details), however, it is not yet valid.

- Contract for mother company at hand
A valid contract exists for the mother company, which is also valid for the daughter companies (as per checkbox in the contract details).

i NB: Upon opening a company’s profile, SIHOT conducts a check throughout all related mother companies for contracts that apply to the daughter companies. In large databases with complex company hierarchies, this may slow down the loading of the guest profile.
