Enter the basic data in the dialog contract dates. SIHOT establishes a sequential contract number automatically. In addition, you can add another alphanumerical contract number as per hotel policy. (If there is a match code entered in the guest profile, the same will be entered automatically under contract number.) You may also choose the path determining where the contract is to be stored within the trails. Press the button save before entering the details of the contract.
i TIP: The contract number can be given to the guest as a “reservation code”. If given at the time of booking, the Reservations department will be able to select the client quickly.
