Guests (General):

Detailed Information

Displays the same information as the tooltip.

Reservation

SIHOT opens the reservation dialog for this booking.

Rooming list

SIHOT opens the rooming list.

Packages

SIHOT opens the dialog rate agreement.

Change period

Enables you to change the departure date directly on the room rack.

Card data

SIHOT displays credit and loyalty card information as entered in the guest profile

Client

SIHOT opens the guest profile of the client.

Guest profile

SIHOT opens the guest profile.

Interchange rooms

Swap two rooms, moving the occupants including related charges on the guest account.

Re-group

Reverses the function plan room move.

Reservations – as above, but in addition:

Check-in

SIHOT conducts the check-in for this room.  In case of group reservations, SIHOT will ask if only this room or the entire group should be checked-in.

Arrival date

Enables you to change the arrival date directly on the room rack.

Change reservation

Enables you to change the complete booking to another period and/or another room directly on the room rack.

Plan room move

Enables you to allocate different rooms during the stay.

Cancellation

Enables you to cancel the reservation directly on the room rack; requires entering the reason for the cancellation.

Checked-In Guests - as above (Guests), but in addition:

Guest account

SIHOT opens the account-dialog.

Check-out

SIHOT opens the check-out dialog

Enter data for fidelity card

Enables you to enter details for the loyalty card program.

Rooms:

Detailed Information

Displays detailed information of the room (e.g. features, status)

Room master profile

SIHOT opens the room master file

Rate information

SIHOT opens the rate information-dialog (see chapter Reservations – “Various Functions within a Reservation”)

Housekeeping status

Enables you to change the housekeeping status of the room directly on the room rack.

Maintenance status

Enables you to change the maintenance status of the room directly on the room rack.
