Synchronise/ Stop synchroni­sation

Only in connection with Outlook Integration: You can synchronise the trace with the appointments in Microsoft Outlook or delete the appointment from Outlook if no longer required.

Open synchronised appointment

Only in connection with Outlook Integration: If the trace has been synchronised, SIHOT opens the Outlook appointment.

Change appointment date

Select the new appointment time or date from the shortlist (different intervals ranging from one hr to one year) to change the appointment.
