Open document

(E-mails and external attachments) Opens the file in the database

Open orignal document from file system

(E-mails and external attachments) Opens the file which is stored in the file system and not the document saved in the database

Store document in file system

(E-mails and external attachments) Use this command to store the document anywhere within the file system. The document’s name can be changed if required.

Store document in database again

(E-mails and external attachments) Use this command to select a document from the file system and to store it in the database. If the document is already stored in the database, then this file will be replaced with the new document.
