Create a category for the individual beds. The statistics field must be defined as no.

Create a category for extra beds. The statistics field must be defined as no. Enter the beds under category for suites and enter the total number of extra beds available for use.

Restart SIHOT to load the new master files.
Create a room master file with the extra-bed category and enter each of the beds separately in the beds-tab

The last step in the configuration is to hide the extra-bed category, as the category itself will not be reserved.
