SIHOT provides the possibility of changing the layout of the list boxes. This is usually done by the System Administrator and requires respecitve user rights. The configuration of a list box is the same for all users.
Call up the context menu on the list box heading to
• hide the respective column by choosing the Hide column-command
• display a column previously hidden
• define a search column
• open a dialog with further options by choosing the Command configure list box.
Use the command configure list box in the context menu
or click on the the symbol next to
the list box to call up the dialog configure list box to change the
following characteristics:

Double click on the column Width in order to change the width manually. |

Double click on the column Editable to enable/disable users to enter data in a column. The different different symbols are used as follows:

Search area |
One column may be defined as “search column”. This column will determine the sorting order. E. g. a list box will be sorted in alphabetical order, if the column Name is defined as search column. Search column headings are coloured blue. |
