Commission Agreement

The commission-button opens the dialog commission calculation. The dialog shows the commission calculated as per the given details.

If the commission percentage of the oderer and/or rate holder exceeds the maximum commission defined for the package or services, choose one of the following options:

•    Calculated:

The commission is based on the maximum percentage defined in the package or service, even though the recipient of the commission is actually entitled to a higher percentage.

•    According to commission agreement:

The commission is based on the percentage that the recipient is entitled to as per the profile, even though this exceeds the maximum percentage defined for the package or service.

The figures under the heading to be posted show further details of the commission’s calculation:

•    Total

the total amount of fix services for the entire stay

•    Includes commissionable

the amount on which commission can be calculated after deducting all non-commissionable services and taxes (where applicable)

•    Client, Travel agency, Travel point, CR

breakdown of commission entitlements. Manual adjustments to the default figures are highlighted with a green background colour. Multiple recipients of commission are also possible and listed here.

•    Central services

used only in connection with SIHOT.CRS (central reservations)

•    To hotel

property’s revenue after deducting the commission

•    Method of commission calculation

default as per guest profile; can be overwritten if required for specific reservations

•    Posting commission

default as per guest profile; can be overwritten if required for specific reservations
