Check-In Messages

You can define individual messages to be displayed upon check-in depending on certain figures in the guest history.

 

è EXAMPLE: As of a certain number of stays, your guests receive vouchers for the Bar or the Restaurant. Upon check-in a message reminds the Receptionist to handover these vouchers.

To be able to use this function, the module SIHOT.CRM must be serialised.

 

Use registry key [1351] to determine the guest history figure that the message is to be based on:

    Number of stays

    Number of reservations

    Number of room nights

    Gross revenue

    Net revenue

 

Use registry key [1352] to define the message in relation to the number or amount, following the syntax “minimum number/amount:maximum number/amount=message text”, e.g. 3:10=Bar Voucher to be handed over;11:999=Restaurant Voucher to be handed over.

Restart SIHOT.

Upon check-in of a guest, whose guest history corresponds with the conditions defined in the registry, the respective message will be displayed.

In addition, this message is shown in a number of reports (e.g. Arrivals/in house/departures), marked as CRM-Info.
