Changing the Status on a Range of Rooms

Press the button change status to call up the dialog set room status. Enter the room numbers to be changed and the new status. The room numbers may be entered as an entire range (e.g. 107:117, which includes all room numbers from 107 to 117) or as individual numbers separated by a colon (e.g. 107,110,117).
