In real life, it often happens that an event is postponed at short notice. To avoid having to re-enter all the information given already, you can change the entire reservation to a different date by pressing the button change reservation.
SIHOT moves the entire reservation including rooms, services and equipment after checking these are available on the new dates.
i NB: If a room, service or equipment should not be available, the reservation will not be changed. SIHOT will display a message to advise accordingly.
In addition, SIHOT displays a query regarding the Front Office reservations linked to the event. There are three options:
• Change only Front Office reservations with the same arrival date as the starting date of the event.
• Change all Front Office reservations.
• Do not change any Front Office reservation.
