All reservations made through CRS have two reservation numbers:
•the local reservation number on the reservation screen
•the central reservation number, which is the primary number used in all correspondence with the clients and Business Partners
i TIP: Click on the central-ID button to keep the central number on your clipboard for easily pasting it into Word documents, e-mails etc.

To view the central ID number and synchronisation details, move the cursor to the synchronisation-icon on the reservation screen. A pop-up will appear, showing the number as well as information on synchronisation errors and other locally created reservation numbers.
