To redistribute the payment, every single posting of the original ones has to be cancelled in order to keep the cancellation documented and leave a correct balance on every account.
As soon as a posting is cancelled, the system finds all corresponding postings and cancels them automatically with the given reason for the cancellation in the description field.
To cancel a booking, click the right mouse button on the respective posting and select Cancel posting.

After entering a proper reason for the cancellation, the reversing entries will be made and can be seen on every account involved.
