Blocking Rooms via Room Rack

As an alternative to above procedure, you can block rooms also directly on the room rack or put them on OOI or OOS status. Highlight the respective period on the room rack, select the function block room (OOO), set room status to OOI or set room status to OOS and enter the reason.
