BCA Charges

Telephone calls can be charged and settled depending on extension, room, department, accounting department, settlement group, PIN-number or project.

Call up the charges to be settled by using appropriate search criteria.

The list can be printed out by pressing the print-button  on the toolbar.

Highlight the respective entry or entries to be settled in the listbox and press the one of the four settlement buttons, depending on how the charges are to be settled. The invoice for these charges will include any free units as applicable and the call charge rates as defined for their respective accounting department.
