Automatic posting of services reserved means that fix services can be posted simply through the reservation dialog.
Prerequisites:
• the posting of fix services is entered as automatically
• an account must be assigned with the special characteristic of posting services
• the event must have been activated
• the services have to be posted in advance
The posting is made by pressing the button pre-posting. A dialog pops up for entering the date up until which the service should be posted (default: end date of the event). You can either post the service each day for the current day or just once for all days until the end of the event. In both cases, the revenue is recorded for the day the service is (or will be) rendered. However, posting on days in the past is not possible – these charges will be recorded for the actual day of posting instead.
