Allotments

In MPE-systems, allotments are not deleted; the allotment flag is changed to deleted, instead.

Any changes to an allotment are recorded in the logging.

When working with allotments that are synchronised with HQ, collisions may occur if an allotment is edited at the HQ and the property at the same time. Therefore, the right to change an allotment is given to either the property or the headoffice. Normally, the hotel is in-charge of its allotments.

Call up the context menu on the allotment (dialog allotment management - tab all contracts) and select the command requesting to be “in-charge”.
